General Terms & Conditions For Our Meetings
Omnia-Med Ltd and our Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, alter, or delay any meeting/conference where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control. This may include serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstances which would subject Omnia-Med Ltd and our Sponsors or any of its employees or participants to danger.

Oversubscribed Meetings

If the meeting is oversubscribed Omnia-Med Ltd may hold a wait list. Omnia-Med Ltd will try to provide as much notice as possible should a place become available for you. If we are unable to offer you a place we will inform you with as much notice as possible.

Confirmation Of Your Attendance To The Meetings

Omnia-Med Ltd will always send an email confirmation once you have booked to attend the meeting. Three weeks prior to the meeting you will receive your letter of confirmation, map and badges that will need to be brought to the event. Failure to bring your letter of confirmation or joining instructions may cause a delay at registration onsite.


Cancellations can be made at anytime by telephone or email, unless otherwise advised at the time of booking.


Substitutions maybe made by phone or email. In the event that the meeting is fully booked substitutions will not be possible and your place will be allocated to a waitlisted individual.

Meeting Eligibility

Meetings hosted by Omnia-Med Ltd have strict eligibility criteria, to ensure that the places are given to those with the correct knowledge level required for each meeting. Unless otherwise stated, only practising Healthcare Professionals will be eligible to attend an Omnia-Med Ltd meeting. Omnia-Med Ltd reserves the right to decline any registration for a meeting. In the event that this should occur we will contact you as soon as we receive your registration and endeavour to offer you a place on a more suitable meeting should there be one in your area.

Change To Meeting Programme

Omnia-Med Ltd and our Sponsors will do our best to follow the published programme. Omnia-Med Ltd and our Sponsors reserve the right to change the programme at any time and without notice (this includes the guest speakers and the times of their presentations). In the event that any such changes are made, no refund of any deposit (if relevant) shall be made and Omnia-Med Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred.

Special Requirements

Omnia-Med Ltd requires that all special requirements, including dietary, access and disability are advised of by the delegate upon registration or no later than 10 working days before the meeting.


Onsite Management

Omnia-Med Ltd and their on-site staff reserve the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or the educational experience of others. Latecomers may not be admitted into the meeting until a suitable break is available.

Marketing Material

All information given in any literature produced by or on behalf of Omnia-Med Ltd or our Sponsors is given in good faith and is intended as a guide to services available and may be altered without notice to suit differing seasonal or other conditions. All information is correct at time of going to press.

Educational Content

The educational content provided by Omnia-Med Ltd or our Sponsors is reviewed by our in-house medical team and checked for accuracy to the best of our knowledge.

Guest Speakers

The views expressed by any representative speaking on behalf of Omnia-Med Ltd or our Sponsors are those of the speaker and Omnia-Med Ltd and our Sponsors are not liable for any misleading information.

Certificate Of Attendance

Omnia-Med Ltd endeavours to provide certificate of attendance by email within one week of your attendance at a meeting. Certificates will only be provided to delegates who attend the full meeting.


Any and all photographs, videos, or other recorded media may be used by Omnia-Med Ltd or our Sponsors for the purposes of marketing or advertising without any payment or compensation being offered and without any request being made to the featured parties. The use of unauthorised cameras, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated.



No Liability is accepted for:

Loss of or damage to property belonging to delegates. For example watches, jewellery, cameras or clothing
Losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in travel services, sickness, weather, strikes, riots, war, terrorism, quarantine or any other cause.
Personal injury or death of any participants however caused unless by proven negligence of the company.


Omnia-Med Ltd is covered by the necessary insurances to hold these events.
